Email is the way to reach us: [email protected]. There is no contact form and no phone number — everything comes to the same inbox, and every message is read.
Corrections — what helps
Corrections matter more to us than anything else. We would rather fix an error today than leave it in place.
If you think a formula, rate, example or explanation on this site is wrong, it helps most if your email includes: the address of the page you were on, the figures you typed in, the result you got, and the result you expected. With those details we can usually reproduce the calculation straight away and see where the difference lies.
Suggestions and requests
Suggestions are welcome as well: a pattern of work the calculators handle badly, a guide you wish existed, wording that confused you. We cannot promise to build everything suggested, but such requests carry real weight here.
What we cannot do
Two things, to be straight about it. We cannot give personal tax, financial or legal advice about your own situation — that needs someone qualified who can see your full circumstances; ACAS, Citizens Advice or your employer's payroll team are better placed for it.
And we cannot look up your calculation or check it on our system. Your figures never leave your browser, so there is nothing saved on our side to look at. If you describe the figures you entered and the result you got, we can explain the arithmetic. Our Privacy Policy covers the general position.
